Work With Me
The word leadership is thrown around all the time, everywhere. Everyone has their own definition of it…and so do I.
I believe leadership starts with you and extends to everyone else in your life.
We are ALL already leaders. So, the question isn’t whether or not you are a leader, it’s how well do you lead?
Here’s what I mean by that.
When you wake up in the morning you are the one who decides what you’re going to do that day. So, who’s in charge of you? You are.
You make the decision to get up, get dressed, do your work. You are in charge of how you live your life.
Leadership at work happens the same way. You lead yourself first, then those around you. But if you suck at leading yourself, you will absolutely suck at leading others.
By working together, you will develop the fearlessness and skills to excel in leadership. You will be comfortable saying what you mean and asking for what you want, from anyone, anywhere. Department Heads, clients, colleagues, shareholders, investors, people in your network and family members.
The clients I work with know they are in their own way and are ready and willing to do what it takes to change that. I will help get you get the life you don’t think you can have, but deserve!
If you relate to any of the below, we should be talking:
You care too much about what your colleagues think of you.
Do you actually know what they think or are you making up a story?
You don’t ask for more money because you’re too scared.
Scared of what, exactly?
Your colleagues/bosses interrupt you in meetings.
Have you ever asked them to stop? At its most basic, it’s just rude!
You don’t feel that your boss, shareholders or clients value you.
Is it that they don’t value you or YOU don’t value you?
You’re fearful of saying the wrong thing so you don’t speak up.
What does “wrong” mean?
It takes you too long to finish projects because you are a “perfectionist.”
Perfectionist is another way of saying not good enough.
You’re an over-giver, stay too late at work, take on too much
What are you hoping to get from all of that?
